When the carrier comes to deliver your parcel, he will ask you to sign either a paper or electronic delivery receipt. Your signature is proof that the goods were delivered in good condition.
|
|
|
If the packaging is damaged or is not the original Rouge-Blanc packaging, you should express your reservations before signing (for example: packaging damaged, subject to unwrapping, or broken bottles inside packaging).
|
|
|
If you can open the packaging at the time of delivery, please do so and note any damage on the delivery receipt. You can also refuse the parcels and note this on the delivery documents.
|
|
|
Please inform the Customer Service by email of any problem so that we can rapidly take the necessary steps to satisfy you.
|
|
|
If you're not in at the time of delivery, the delivery man will leave a calling card with his telephone number so that you can contact him and arrange another delivery time. For deliveries by Coliposte, the calling card will indicate the post office where you can collect your parcel.

After receiving your wines, we advise you to rest them horizontally for several days, ideally in a cellar, or in the delivery box away from any source of light or heat.
|
|
|
To drink your wines the same day, leave them in the bottom of your fridge for 2 to 3 hours, then take them out to enjoy them at the temperature recommended by the tasting notes on our website.
